"I specialize in offering a soothing, peaceful and caring massage for babies, children, teenagers and parents, as well as pregnancy massage. I am certified in pregnancy massage, pediatric massage, infant massage and premature babies. I believe that receiving massage during pregnancy is important, since the developing fetus responds to the positive and negative stress levels of the mother. Often times, reducing physical stress through therapeutic massage can translate into decreased levels of emotional stress, and in turn benefit the developing baby.
In 2007 I gave lectures on infant massage at The Newborn Connection, which is at the CPMC (Califonia Pacific Medical Center). My mission was to enhance well being, relaxation and to releive stress, and to teach parents how to accomplish that.
In 2008 I started massaging people who had cancer or were experiencing grief from loss. My massages have helped hundreds of clients heal physical and emotional issues. I have touched their life as they have touched mine. I saw them become transformed through the process of my style and my techniques. I learned from all years of feedback my clients gave to me. Today, I continue to serve those who come to have a massage at Voilà La Familia.
I am a passionate lover of the arts, nature, children, animals and I am full of curiosity for life and all its mysteries. I get the most joy out of the simplest things in life such as a hike in nature, collecting beautiful flowers and herbs, taking in the fresh smells in the breezes. This is the way I replenish myself to give to the people I care about in my life, this is how I nurture and invigorate myself in life.
I enjoy massaging women who are pregnant, and teaching women how to massage their babies. It is my mission to educate, nurture and be a witness to these women during this brand new experience of their life cycle."
My mission is to enhance well being, relaxation to relieve stress and teach clients how to accomplish that.
